We ship all orders from Melbourne. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within Australia takes 3–7 business days.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with the original tags still attached. Returns for change of mind, after this date, will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days once received.

At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
